It has been announced via the official Twitter account of the Prince of Tennis anime series that a new original video animation (OVA) for the 2012's Prince of Tennis II anime adaptation had been green-lit. The OVA will continue where the anime left off.
More details are said to be revealed at the official website, as well as future issues of Shonen Jump magazine.
In Prince of Tennis II, Ryoma Echizen returns to Japan after his stay in America. Seigaku and their rival schools are permitted to enter the U-17 Invitational Tournament by special participation, and will compete against high school students.
