"Tiger Mask" Live Action Film Full Trailer

The full trailer for the upcoming live action adaptation of Ken Ochiai's Tiger Mask manga, had finally been released. Actor Eiji Wentz (Gegege no Kitao, Brave Story) leads the film which is said to be scheduled to premiere this November.



The promotional videos feature the film's theme song “MASK” by AAA. Also included in the cast are Show Aikawa (Tokyo Zombie, Zebraman) and Natsuna (Kimi ni Todoke, Gantz) as Mister X and the heroine Ruriko, respectively.

"Tiger Mask" is the alter ego of pro wrestler Naoto Date, a man who goes against an evil wrestling organization and fights for children in an orphanage. In the new setup for the film, Date dons a special suit and "transforms" into Tiger Mask with enhanced mobility and muscle strength.

Tiger Mask premieres November 9th.
