So how did Takeru obtain the Toucon (fighting spirit) Boost Soul Form in the movie? Well, Super Terebi-Kun also released the information on how this form debuted in the movie.

"These scans from the Movie War x Televikun special issue confirm that the Kamen Rider Ghost Toucon Boost form seen in the movie is Takeru and Ryu’s souls fusing to create a new power. It isn’t confirmed whether or not it’ll be the same in the actual series itself."
