  1. It makes sense, being as trains are not as popular or well known in other parts of the world.

I still think a ninja dump truck is gonna be questionable for some but it's a good decision, for the west. I liked ToQger more than Ninninger so I hope again they go with something original, for the story.

  2. sad, I liked ToQger and thought it would have made a good PR season, oh well as long as it's better then Ninninger

  3. I had a great story if they adapted ToQger I like the title "Rail Rush" anyway you never know with Saban we'll see I wish they would adapt ToQger

  4. Not a surprise, in fact, this is old news since the rumor has been around for quite a long time now.

Besides, trains don't work the same way in US as in Japan, so the theme probably won't work. Unless they turn it into a dystopian future setting like Power Rangers RPM.

  7. I hate this. ToQger should not have been skipped, and I don't like it.

  8. Cool, This could be as great as Dino Charge.

But I still wanna see Gobusters and ToQger adapted into Power Ranger teams.

  9. I was really hoping they'd go backwards and do an adaptation of Go-busters.

So they could use the footage of Kyuryuger Vs. Go-busters, Go-busters Vs. Gokaiger, and super hero taisen films(Minus Kamen Rider and japan exclusive metal hero series.) in the 25th season for a movie or 2 part special.

It would've made one hell of a season, especially if they decided to use the Gavan Footage to close the story of VR troopers.

But then again, maybe the rumor about Saban moving to Netflix is true, and it's still possible that Ninja steel will only be one season, and the 25th season can be either the Zyuohger, Gobusters, or Toquger.

  10. He should have adapted both at the same time. Please Saban , give children a taste of new experience in terms of trains and even Gobusters, a spy theme which would be awesome. If you do all at the same time, it would swept the floor.

  11. I don't think the whole "trains don't work in america" argument makes sense.

First of all, they've already had ninja and samurai, which also shouldn't work in america, but trains are too extreme?

Second, they could just be magical trains that appear out of nowhere like Den-O, they don't have to reference actual train stations.

Saban can BS anything if it tries hard enough.

  12. Oh come on! Not again! You guys already skipped Spies (Go-Buster) and now Trains (ToQger). This is soooooooo unfair. I like both of the series

  13. So... everybody here's just going to ignore the very real possibility that Saban's skipping ToQGer because the suits suck?

  14. Again? Come on Saban. You're skipping my favorite Sentai team again...

  15. Gobusters - Mission Impossible meet James Bond or Kingsman-esque theme would be worked if they doing it right.
ToQGer - Did they forgot about Supertrain Megazord in PR Lightspeed Rescue!? Trains + Megazord = Awesomeness level 9000

  16. Maybe they can... Like, fit the ToQgers version in as the British Power Rangers branch? Thomas The Tank Engine is pretty popular there.

    1. I heard Thomas the Train was popular in Japan too. I remember one of the picture showing Thomas'mask shown during boy's day celebration, indicating how popular Thomas is in Japan.

  17. well power rangers ninja steel would feature a villain named dark shogun he desires to plunge the world in everlasting darkness this series will have elements of the train power rangers in japan and the new ninja power rangers in japan with feudal japan themes and Victorian era mixed with american prohibition elements. he has a dark train terminal with trains of darkness and his dark empire. the ninja steel rangers have a old wise ninja master who also is a great scientist making the morphing devices for the team and their weapons plus new giant robotic fighting machines.

  18. Wouldn't surprise me if the choice of adaptions is partly made by bandai based on merchandise sales. Go buster toys didn't sell very well. Let's face it, aside from ace they all looked very bad. I'd argue that go buster oh is by far the ugliest standard megazord (I would've made lion red and the standard zord with go buster ace the midseason addition).

And I imagine trains did not market as well in focus groups as ninjas. So ignoring story possibilities and thinking strictly of toy sales dinos & ninjas make more sense than spies and trains

  19. "Ninja Steel"? I've honestly seen more original titles on the Power Rangers fanfic wiki. Were I a gambler, I'd bet good money the series' morphing phrase will be "Go Go Ninja Steel".

  20. Apparently part of why they didn't do Go-Buster is Enter and Escape as they appear in human form for a lot of fights and they would require them to re film most scenes. Which with the tiny budget of power rangers just wouldn't work. I do think the toy sales were a part of it but not the only reason why it was skipped
