Besides the Zyuohger 2nd quarter toy catalog listing that was revealed earlier, the name for Kamen Rider Ghost's ultimate form and Kamen Rider Specter's power-up form has been also revealed!
1st image above shows us a teaser for the DX Infinity Ghost Eyecon, which Takeru will use to activate Kamen Rider Ghost's ultimate form.
2nd image shows use the Deep Specter Ghost Eyecon which Makoto will use to achieve a new and powerful form for Kamen Rider Specter.
And finally, to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Kamen Rider franchise, a Kamen Rider 45 Ghost Eyecon will be sold as an exclusive freebie for the compiled edition of the Legend Rider youtube special which is still currently airing.

We already have something of a Mugen Form. That one is for Kamen Rider Wizard Infinity Style.

Then again, the developers may be running out of ideas...
So we're now three series in after Wizard, the last series to follow a a kind of established rule of the protagonist getting at least 1 fire based form, the secondary getting their power up before the protagonist, and well..a low death count for our riders. Everything post Wizard has taken away the ultimate form for secondary riders and given us power-ups to replace it. Could be wrong but it seems like the protagonist has more forms? There's more riders instead of just the standard 2, and the death of at least one rider may be guaranteed. Like perma death but brief rival due to movie or special plot. It's a nice change. So would Gaim, Drive , and Ghost be Heisei phase 3, giving us about 2 more series until phase 4?

I'm liking this news. I thought Necrom Specter would be Makoto's power up (which means Necrom is out of the picture), so looks like that won't be the case. This, and that Alain bluray special seems to hint that Necrom will last until the finale. Unless Toei is pulling another Chaser of course.
Infinity Eyecon? But Wizard's final form is already called Infinity, mistranslated article perhaps? I didn't expect Spector to get another form after Houdini I wonder what Deep will mean in context, or perhaps that was also mistranslated.
Alain may be joining the ranks of Kaito and Chaser. The series demands a true death , that only permits them to temporarily return for the next cross over film.
The name of eyecon is Mugen Tamashii. So it's not actually copying Wizard's Infinity form. Translator should use Mugen Form from now on to reduce the confussion. Just like they did with Kiwami and Kachidoki
