Check-out this SD version clips from the 31st episode of Dobutsu Sentai Zyuohger featuring the debut of the Zyuman King's mecha, Dodekaioh going against G.I.F.T. Custom.
I'm definitely not a fan of the Yamato show, now... Toei's beginning to be WWE-like with the "Super Cena" stuff they've got going on with any modern Red.
I've tried giving it a shot but really dislike the block look of the mechs in this series. Feels like every time they try to do a triple change mech they come out messy, like go busters having animal to vehicle to combination.
Shinkenger had a similar style to Zyuohger mechs with the origami blocks to origami animals to combinations, but at least those were not smooth blocks allowing some freedom. The fact most zyuohger mechs with exception of rhino have to be near perfect cubes just restricts so much.
Like this is the big mech of the season which will be used to make the ultimate combo. And it has tiny arms! The lance/gun weapon was a good choice to hide it but when it stands alone it just looks silly with those tiny arms. And I'm sure the toy will be even sillier.
After this season and ninninger "throne" gimmick I hope they have a more standard mech next year. If they do space I have high hopes
so he goes from an Eagle to a Gorilla to a Whale, Yamato has to be the most OP Red out there atm
