And here's our final Terebi Magazine scan for today featuring the upcoming ultimate form for the main hero of the Kamen Rider Chronicle game, Kamen Rider EX-AID Invincible Gamer!
To power-up into his final Level-Up form, Emu uses the Maximum Mighty X Gashat to transform into Maximum Gamer Level 99, adds Hyper Muteki (invincible) Gashat to the Gamer Driver and then, the Maximum Gamer armor shoots him up transforming into Kamen Rider EX-AID Invincible Gamer!
In this form, Emu's powers are increased in it's highest level making him the most powerful Gamer Rider in the game and he can even counter Kamen Rider Chronos' time stopping ability. To finish the enemy, he will execute the Hyper Critical Sparking!

Or the more obvious answer (you guys do watch the show, yes?) is Cronus could have just brought him back, since he is in full control of the game. Which he displayed by deleting Salty with the touch of a button. He's also going to be responsible for bring "him" back as an enemy. Reviving one of his products should be simple enough.
