"The Lupin Collection, a legendary collection of precious treasure which can either grant your deepest desires or destroy the world has been stolen by the Gangler.
Kogure, a mysterious man who claims to be a descendant of the Gentleman Thief, Arsene Lupin's butler chooses three young individuals who have lost their love ones because of the Ganglers to become the Phantom Thieves called the Lupinrangers and recover the Lupin Collection in which he will grant their wishes if they recover it.
On the other hand, 3 young police officers are tasked by the international special police organization to protect the world against the Ganglers and safeguard the Lupin Collection!"
