There, the Gangler Zaldan has kidnapped a young girl and is holding her for ransom from her father, just when suddenly... the new phantom thief, Lupin X appears! Keiichiro is surprised to find out about this new thief, just as a young man who introduces himself as "Lupin X" appears before Kairi and the others claiming he's never heard about such a thief before..."
