We finally get to see Brain in action! And indeed, old characters are returning!
Along with Shota Matsuda, who will return as Brain, Tomoya Warabino and Fumika Baba will return as Heart and Medic, respectively.
Chris Peppler will also appear on-screen as the human Krim Steinbelt!
Kamen Rider Brain will be the Kamen Rider to bridge both Heisei and Reiwa eras as Toei Tokusastsu Fan Club streams the spin-off on April 28 and May 5, 2019.
So.... he is going to be a Heisei Rider or a Reiwa Rider???
