To achieve his ultimate form which is Grease Perfect Kingdom, Kazumi will use the combined powers of his 3 loyal followers Castle, Stag and Owl Smash and use the Grease Full Bottle to contain those said powers.
Kazumi will face against the terrorist group lead by Simon Marcus/Phantom Crusher and Keiji Uraga/Metal Build. He will also realize his dream of dating his idol, Mii-tan plus Gentoku will once become Kamen Rider Prime Rouge and Kamen Rider Mad Rouge will join them in battle.
