Kamen Rider X Come To Blu-ray


Set Up! Thanks to this great news from August Ragone, it has been announced that the 4th Showa Kamen Rider series will be coming home to Blu-ray next year!


Here's the description for the Kamen Rider X blu-ray version from August Ragone himself:

"YES! FINALLY! "KAMEN RIDER X" COMES TO BLU-RAY IN JAPAN!! After a nearly two-year wait since the KAMEN RIDER V3 remaster was issued by Toei Video, they've resumed their telecine HD scans with this 35-episode entry from 1974, KAMEN RIDER X! The series will be spread over two volumes, with the first featuring 18 episodes in full 1080p on three double-layered discs. Special features will include a 16-page booklet, the 1974 TV commercial for Popy's Ridoru Henshin Belt, and part one of an on-screen interview with series' star Ryo Hayami and suit actor Kazuo Niibori. Release Date: March 11, 2020. MSRP: ¥22,000. Blu-ray Box 2 is scheduled to drop on May 13, 2020. (Japanese language only.)"
