The game is produced by Atsushi Inaba, former CEO of Capcom's Colver Studio and producer of the Ace Attorney series and Hideki Kamiya and is directed by Hideki Kamiya of Resident Evil/Bio-hazard and Devil May Cry whom both are the big heads behind Platinum Games.
