It was announced that Japanese actor Rihito Noda (who portrayed the role of Tsutumo Tsuzumiya/Another Hibiki in Kamen Rider ZI-O) will portray the role of main villain in the Ultraman Z TV series.
Introducing Shinya Kaburagi, a 26-year old Biochemistry Research Department employee of the EDF Japan branch's Kaiju Research Center who is also the human host of the alien parasite, Cerebro.
Shinya will also have his own Ultra Z Riser and Access Card but instead of Ultra Medals, he will be using Kaiju Medals.
