The images were taken from a licensed Chinese Ultraman collectible card that features Shining Ultraman Zero wearing the Ultimate Aegis and is called Shining Ultimate Ultraman Zero. It is also reported that this form will appear in the current Ultra Galaxy Fight mini-series.

This could mean that Zero will use this form on Absolute Tartarus. who has the power to travel through time and alternate dimensions? Looks like he meant what he said that he has no limits.
