It was reported that the official cast for the upcoming Kamen Rider Saber + Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger: Superhero Senki movie and we all know that Kamen Rider ZI-O will also be there.

But after seeing the complete list, So Okuno's name was not seen in the list (unless it gets updated) and the only one connected to ZI-O in that list is Japanese actor Rikiya Koyama, who was the voice actor for Ohma ZI-O. This could only mean that the ZI-O in that movie is the one and only demon king from the future.
