DC has finally released the preview images for the upcoming first issue of the Batman '89 mini-series. Plus. we will get to see the Robin that was originally intended for the supposed-to-be 3rd movie!
The six-issue mini-series will revisit the Gotham that was seen in Tim Burton's Batman movies. It is written by Batman screenwriter Sam Hamm with art and cover by Joe Quinones.
And check out this image that features Michael Keaton's Batman sporting a new bat-suit that is a mix of the '89 and Batman Returns movie, Michele Pfeiffer's Catwoman also wearing a revamped costume, Billy Dee William's Harvey Dent/Two-Face, and Marlon Wayan's Robin. The Batman '89 is scheduled to be released on August 10, 2021.
