If you thought that the Monsterverse will end in the recent Godzilla VS. Kong movie, then rejoice as it was announced that a Godzilla TV series is in the works!
It was reported that this new series will take place after the events of the 2014 movie where a family must make a dangerous journey in which they will uncover secrets that will eventually lead them to the group known as Monarch.
Legendary Pictures will produce with Chris Black, Matt Fraction, Joby Harold, Tory Tunnel, along Toho's Hiro Matsuoka and Takemasa Arita will co-produce the series. No release date has been announced as of writing.
