With the CGI ULTRAMAN anime series coming to an end, Netflix has announced that a new CGI movie of the classic red and silver giant is on its way!
Here's the quick description of the movie:
"Baseball superstar Ken Sato returns to his home country of Japan to pick up the mantle of Earth-defending superhero Ultraman. He soon finds more than he bargained for when he’s forced to raise the offspring of his greatest foe."
Written and directed by Shannon Tindle, with Marc Haimes as co-writer and John Aoshima as co-director, produced by Tom Knoot and Lisa Poole, The said CGI Ultraman movie is scheduled to be released next year on Netflix.
