In this new rider hero series, it will feature a Kamen Rider who is an agent who can enter dreams and fight monsters in that world. 

The series is produced by Keisuke Shibataka, Hisanari Yanaka, Yosuke Minato, and Shota Takasaki with Takehiro Okawa as the executive producer.

The series is set to be streamed worldwide mainly in the United states, Canada, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the MENA region on September 2025.
