Kamen Rider: Battride Wars PS3 First Image Revealed

Above is the first image for the new Kamen Rider game, entitled “Kamen Rider: Battride War” for the PlayStation 3. The image shows some promising graphics for the Musou-type video game.

The image shows Kamen Rider Fourze against a horde of Trash Yummies, and Kabuto (with his Kabuto Extender), in both Masked and Rider forms, against Worms. Available Kamen Riders in the game are from Kuuga to Wizard. Although you can fight them by foot, bikes play a big part in the game.

Reportedly, Showa Riders will be available as a DLC. Secondary riders are also present and riders can also use form changes, with Kamen Rider W being able to use half-changes.

Kamen Rider: Battride Wars will be released this May 23rd for 7480 yen, and 10,480 yen for PREMIUM TV SOUND EDITION which include 30 songs from the works scheduled to be featured in the game (can be used in-game as music).

Bikes are basically gonna be horses, but they might add a new attack for them since some Riders have bike attacks like Agito's hoverboard mode thing

A Musou game? On PS3? About Kamen Rider?!
    I'll definitively buy it !!

BTW, do we know who's the developer?

I wish that it'll be KOEI but I really doubt it.

Oh come on, an XBOX360 version would save this world

X-box and Microsoft have little to no power in japan, Sony and PlayStation do that's why almost all recent kamen rider game have been on a PlayStation system

So....how would I go about getting that dlc? Does that mean I'd have to only play the game on my japanese ps3 account if I wanted to get the dlc?

I don't know what this trend is with Dynasty Warrior-style games, but it really needs to stop. There's only so many times I can press square and triangle and watch the same combo over and over again.

Looking at the screenshots does remind me of the decent Kabuto PS2 game though.

Kabuto's game on PS2 was AWESOME!!!

Kabuto and Kick Hopper were badasses!! Ah! Gattack masked form however was the BEST character in game!! Shoulder cannons baby, so overhelming and overpower!!! XD

Sasword was another cool one to play... Ah! not to tell that the game was so well made that the ZABEE had 3 different person wearing the armor and each one had not only a exclusevely fighting pose and style, combos whatever, but you really could identify them from the show!!!

Also it had a VERY FUN and ENJOYING survival mode where you took many enemies at a time till you defeat 100 foes!!! This game definitely deserves a spiritual continuation within Rider fanchise!!

But some upgrades may be necessary like more stages, larger stages with more objects and object interation (like those Power stone games on Dreamcast maybe, or One Piece Grand Battle and Grand Adveture series)....

I really like the Musou franchise and gameplay, but yeah, I totally recognize that it's way too repetitive and like a no purpose button mashing with easy combos...

But, well, I guess this game will look for something more... Anyway who is responsible for this? NamcoBandai? Koei? Sega?
