In this episode, and this would be the final year for solid Metal Hero series until 3 years later Kamen Rider would replace the Super Hero Sunday slot(wasn't called yet). Seiji Takaiwa looked good in the role as Julio Rivera or B Fighter Genji. I did remember seeing him in the Jan Person movie as a droid henchman minus the mask. Almost 10 years later, Takaiwa is a known Sentai suit actor, he is best remembered as the second actor to helm the Dragon Ranger and possibly Ryuranger as well. Toei seem to try to launch this man's career as the next Junichi Hurata, Hiroshi Watari and Kenji Ohba all JAC stars becoming actors.
I thought We would continue to see more of Seiji on screen but this looks like it only.
