I like Specter's design more than Ghost but no offense thats my personal opinion. Blue is my favorite color and Specter seems more menacing.

I still stand with the theory that Specter is someone whose alive whereas ghost is borrowing a life . But it still feels like the dichotomy between Kamen Rider Kabuto and gettack. In essence no matter what comes our way it seems very hard to pick a favorite at least a Spectre gets an ultimate form usually secondary riders don't get that treatment with you exceptions these days remember hyper gattack came later as well in the whole design is great except the horns I don't know why they had to be kind of folded in.
