"Noel is both a phantom thief and a police officer. He pretends not to know the identities of Kairi and the others as he joins Keiichiro and the team at a meal at Jurer. Umika seems to be rightfully confused as to the situation, with Sakuya staring awkwardly at her, and Noel coming from the city of love itself.
Meanwhile, a Gangler starts to capture humans inside mysterious fish tanks, as it seems that Goche asked for him to collect humans. Umika rushes to the scene drawing out her VS Changer, while Sakuya also appears on the scene..."
