Namco Bandai announced that it will be releasing the upcoming One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 (One Piece Kaizoku Musou 2) PlayStation 3 video game in the North American territories! Similar to the first installment, it will be a download only game.
It will be available starting this Summer. Sadly, they also confirmed that the PSVita version will not be making its way in the North American territories.
The will be a sequel to the original One Piece Pirate Warriors game, released last year. It will be set in the New World arc featuring powered-up characters such as Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro. It will also introduce a new original mode, new characters and stages, such as Enel and Skypiea.
In Japan, One Piece Kaizoku Musou 2 will be available in both PlayStation 3 and PSVita starting this March 2013. Namco Bandai Games Europe recently announced that the game will be available by Summer 2013.
