Via his official Twitter account, producer Masakazu Ogawa announced that the production for a new Mobile Suit Gundam AGE project had been green-lit. But the producer didn't state on what media (anime, manga, or other) will it be.
The new project will feature leads of the second generation Gundam AGE storyline, Asemu Asuno and Zeheart Gallete.
Last September, producer Masakazu Ogawa stated that the staff is considering plans for presenting more of the second-generation Gundam AGE story, centering on these two, in some form. Designer Michinori Chiba posted a rough sketch, last November, for these tentative plans.

It must be the Special Edition just like the previous: Gundam SEED, Gundam SEED Destiny, & Gundam 00. What do you expect from the worst Gundam AGE!??
One doesnt simply say Asemu's Arc is bad. Gundam AGE is quite great, 3/4 (1/4 lost due to Kio)
AGE was ok but the ending could have been better! I think its best to just let this series end; I just hope that this new season don't fuck up the show.
I think Asemu was my favorite out of the 3 protagonists. I'm looking forward to seeing him in a new story
