A leaked image via Instagram for the upcoming Power Rangers Super Megaforce showcases the series' toy line packaging. This will also be the first time we can see the actual logo for Super Megaforce.
The packaging includes a Super Megaforce Red Ranger (Gokaiger's GokaiRed) as the new show's face. Additionally, this toy features "Key launches cycle!". Could this confirm that we will eventually get the Ranger Keys in the show, one way or another?
Based on the previous information, everything related to Goseiger will be spread into 20 episode first season. The Megaforce rangers, will acquire a new "power up" in Super Megaforce and must be in this "new power-up" (Gokaiger suit) to transform into past rangers...

ReplyDeletebut this again isn't 100% accurate or confirmed yet, this guy who posted it on instagram may or may not be a possible BOA employee as the package art designer, if this turns out he is an employee of BOA he may be facing breach of contract and trouble with both BOA and BOJ.
If you look closely at the Super Megaforce logo, you can see 2 pointy things like the swords in the Gokaiger logo.

ReplyDeleteIt surprises me how so many "fans" here have not picked up the hint that Saban is combining 2 seasons together so Power RAnger can catch up to Super Sentai in terms of filming schedules (Saban wants to film the new P.R. series as soon as Toei is done with the Sentai counterpart).

DeleteFirstly, names don't matter for series, it's what the series has in it. Seriously, rough translation of kaizoku sentai gokaiger is pirate squadron hero ranger, with is fucking stupid and I'm pretty sure anyone who's native language is japanese would tell you the same thing.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, the title and font don't look so bad, it's simple because who cares how it looks, it's super, it's mega, and it's going to be a memorable season no matter what flaws it has.
Thirdly, this is better than what toei gave us and this is actually going to save power rangers.
Lastly, power rangers samurai was an awesome season, if you people had seen it before shinkenger, you'd say it was a good season for power rangers but shinkenger did it better somehow.
All you sentai fanboys can eat dicks, super sentai is just as bad if not worst than power rangers because it's the same fucking thing. Enjoy the show whether you like it because it's so bad or so good or stop watching.
TL;DR Gokaiger sucked.
Why is everyone freaking out we might actually get american gokaiger figures. I'm not ad at all just want the figures.

yes the design of the package is good, but the toy wise this would fall on band-ai of america's shoulders mostly not so much saban, but thats just my opinion

ReplyDeleteC'mon Power Rangers never really did a good job naming and renaming stuff, specially when it comes to villains [Trakeena, Goldar, Villamax, Barbarax, Frax, Xandred]
The exception being Venjix, which is a totally awesome name so awesome it's not enough for just one villain, so they named 2 separate villains Venjix.
