How about crediting the original source they credited:

No, "RangerCrew" didn't get "their" hands on it, if you would read it they got it from KyL416 over at Funaroboard.

So looks like Warstar is in, the Yuujamjuu don't exist at all, unless Bluefur and Bigs are the Yuumajuu, and Metal Alice works for Warstar, not Matrintis. Messenger might be Robogog, but I have to admit, to me Robogog was the most interesting villain aside from Buredoran. Hate to see his role nerfed. Still, I'll be entering this with trepidation, trying to view this as its own entity and not an adaptation. I just hope I don't end up crying myself to sleep when they adapt Gokaiger.

    @Anon1 Thanks. Credit fixed.

  5. Anonymous Says:

wow, that is short, but then there's Gokaiger for Power Rangers.

  6. Anonymous Says:

If Saban DOES decide to go with Gokaiger for season two, change the name from MegaForce to MegaPirates. ^.^

  7. Anonymous Says:

i have worked with a facebook group to write a complaint about that, hopefully said complaint is received by february 2nd and a reply from toei is heard.

  8. ^ What the heck are you writing a complaint for? They don't care that you want Gokaiger.

  9. Anonymous Says:

Wow this sounds SHORT! Knowing Nick there going to probably spread the episodes out all year -_-

As for season 2...I thought about it and they probably will bring Gokai Silver for season 2 of Megaforce and leave the rest of the Gokaiger suits alone. But they will use the zord footage of the series. Its exactly what they did for MMPR with just using the Kibaranger suit and using zord footage from Dairanger

  10. I was afraid they'd do that too (i.e. Gokai Silver alongside Goseiger suits with Gokaiger Mecha/Monsters). Hope we're both wrong.

The last episode is definitely hinting that the 'Gokaiger' suits, zords and weapons maybe the new source of power that they must consider using to continue the next season! .. I really do hope so.

Definitely paying homage to MMPR > Zeo.

Bluefur and Bigs are the Yuumajuu

well Bluefur definitely sounds like Kinggon description.

The transition between the three groups sure do sound quick in this adaption of Goseiger from reading the summaries.

Oh, Metal Alice..good to see in this series. though she will likely be cleaned up and not use those missile attacks.

Not for nothing but I'm starting to get a bad vibe off this season. I don't see why some people is okay with a hybrid season. Yeah it would be homage paid to the first 3 season of Power Rangers. But, lets not forget that's when some started to fall of it love with the show. Out of the three. Season one was the most successful overall. Story wise it was Season 3. Mostly because the characters save for Billy were already established midway through Season 2. This is supposed to be the 20th Anniversary Season. A season where the producers can say Thank You to everyone that help kept the show on for this long. This season is supposed to stand out as the best of the best. Now they might incorporate elements from the past into the second half. I'm more concerned in the how they are going to pull it off. 20 seasons crammed into 20 episodes doesn't really say they'll be concerned with character development. I'm not trying to come off as dick nor am I'm interested in starting some kind of flame war. I'm speaking as a fan that was there for the first episode and continue to be there despite sloppy writing and bad casting. This is something I can enjoy with my kid. Especially explaining the past seasons and how they relate to this one. Reading the synopsis I can't say with a straight face how I'm really looking forward to this season now. Although one show did pick up hard after the first half of their season. Power Rangers In Space. If they can pull that off and I hope they do then my faith in franchise will be restored.

  15. Anonymous Says:

Did we forget about Super Goseiger? Maybe they are going with the name Ultra Megaforce? THAT might be season 2. Just like Super Samurai was season 2 for Samurai.

  16. Anonymous Says:

So it seems that each faction gets about 7 episodes apiece (except for Matrintis, who only get about 6) but there isn't a wrap-up for Brajira's storyline, so he's going to be spliced in somehow or made the focus of Super Megaforce. That can still work the Gokaiger suits/plot easily into the next season.

  17. Anonymous Says:

Summaries sound good. Should be a nice mix of gosei episodes. I hope the acting is better then prs. Also I do hope season two will use the gokai suits. We already have easy way to bring them in. With legend war and all past powers are lost type of thing. But we will see.

  18. Anonymous Says:

So far it looks like all 3 factions will be covered, but anything related to Brajira specifically doesn't seem to be part of this; so if they use their extra specials to create something longer or roll it into the next season, we'll get just about everything Goseiger in this year.

  19. Anonymous Says:

    Sounds interesting.
Though I was hoping for a complete 2 seasons with just goseiger so we can have two complete season with gokaiger, I guess I can settle with this.
Screw ut, I've already seen gokaiger, I don't need to see it again.
New story means a reason to sit through this show.
Hopefully, they make it so the megaforce rangers and the pirate ones are individual actors, and not scrapping the gokai suits like they did dairanger and almost did kakuranger.

  20. Anonymous Says:

So it means to say here that they'll be simultaneously battling these three groups at the same time, unlike in Goseiger in which when one group gets defeated, another one replaces them?

  21. Anonymous Says:

Wow talk about fast tracking the season, with Robo Knight appearing in Episode 8 compared to Gosei Knight in Goseiger who didn't appear till 17, least I know they're not copying the season word for word which was my biggest dislike about Samurai.

Having said that I'm hoping this doesn't fall into the same major pitfall that happend to Mystic Force in which the storyline is so rushed it becomes very difficult to keep track

  22. Anonymous Says:

i just hope the actors are better than samurai. i dont expect Shakespearean performances from power rangers, but wow was samurai's actors terrible. especially red, pink, and yellow.

the descriptions make me hopeful they've learn from samurai. oftentimes even the names of episodes sound too cloying and young, these seem more straight-lace episodes.

as for season 2/gokaiger, i'm still betting that they keep goseiger suits for season 2, and using gokaisilver only. i have a feeling the regular gokaiger suits will either be ignored or be a seperate set of special rangers who will not be used often. i have a feeling saban got backlash from censorships about using the gokai guns on a tv-y7 show.

  23. Omega Shenron X Says:

Saban announced months ago that season 2 of Mega Force would be the adaptation of Gokaiger; they even showed the Gokaiger suits in one of the early promos. Most likely, the Power Rangers will lose their Goseiger powers and have to get the Gokaiger powers similar to how the Rangers used to switch suits/powers every season starting with Zeo.

  24. Gokaiger will be season 2. They will call it Super Megaforce

  25. Anonymous Says:

If they do go with something like the MMPR>Zeo power and costume change, they will have a tough time explaining why Blue went from being a skilled archer to exclusive swordsman and why Green now uses guns and is more of a comic relief character now compared to being a stronger, more down to earth ax wielder. Sure Blue could be explained as the powers giving the necessary skills, but one does not simply go from serious to silly in battle.

  26. Anonymous Says:

Or they could not mention it at all, which seems to be the formula now.
