Kamen Rider Battride War Debuted 2nd in Japan Game Rankings


Released last May 23, the first Kamen Rider game on PlayStation 3, Kamen Rider Battride War manages to debut at the second spot of the Japanese Game Ranking for the week of May 20th to 26th.

Kamen Rider Battride War manages to sell 128,659 copies on its first week.

This is probably the highest debut week ranking achieved by a Kamen Rider game. Kamen Rider Climax Heroes Fourze debuted at the 9th place with 44,706 total units sold, and Super Climax Heroes ranks 11th with 34,976 total copies sold.

Kamen Rider Battride War features Chronicle Mode, where riders from Kuuga to Wizard fights against a horde of kaijins, revisiting famous places from the TV series, trying to regain their lost memories. It will also be featuring some of the original actors returning and voicing their respective characters.

Kamen Rider Battride War will be released this May 23rd for 7480 yen, and 10,480 yen for PREMIUM TV SOUND EDITION which include 30 songs from the works scheduled to be featured in the game (available until August 2013). Order your copies now at CDJapan and get exciting bonuses!

    Battride is a very fun game. I've only got two riders left to unlock and I can't wait for the Infinity Style DLC to come out.
