Legendary Pictures had finally released the first official concept art for the the upcoming 2014 reboot on the Godzilla movie. The film is said to "return the character to its epic roots with a gritty, realistic actioner."

Earlier this week, a teaser poster was released for its participation on this week's San Diego Comic-Con.

The lead cast includes Aaron-Taylor Johnson (Kick-Ass), Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy May Marlene, Oldboy), Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad, Argo), Juliette Binoche (The English Patient, Chocolat), David Strathairn (Lincoln, The Bourne Ultimatum), and Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai, Letters to Iwo Jima, Memoirs of a Geisha). Directed by Britsh indie director Gareth Edwards (Monsters), Godzilla opens May 16th, 2014.

Anon1, the film is another american adaptation thus called a reboot. Personally I would want Zilla (Jr) to appear and tag team with the OG of this reboot Universe though it brings to question is this just about Godzilla's origins or is it gonna contain a classic enemy.

There are four things that I wish to see in this film:
    1. Godzilla with a modern update in design.
    2. him breathing his signature thermonuclear breath.
    3. him fighting giant monster(s).
    4. Godzilla portrayed mostly in a rubber suit mixed with some cgi.

If all these things can be fulfilled then this film will at least be better then the first American Godzilla film and Godzilla's revenge. Which is good enough for me.

They are using complete CGI for Godzilla but I heard Toho had, like an outline for the design for Legendary and Warner Bros. so they dont mess up and in the San Diego Comic Con there was a dead centipede monster, i assume thats his enemy
