Power Rangers SDCC Exclusives Prices Revealed

At the San Diego Comic Con, Bandai will be releasing a handful of Power Rangers event exclusive merchandises. Three of the recently revealed ones, celebrating the franchise's 20th anniversary, have yet to have price tags on them, until now.

Bandai announces that the DX 24karat Gold Gosei Morpher will be priced at $50, the 24karat Gold Plated Power Rangers Legacy Power Morpher Green/White Ranger Edition will be priced at $100, and lastly, you can get the Metallic 4-inch Green Ranger w/ Tribal Coin for $25.

Prices are expected to rise up at the secondary market once the San Diego Comic-Con is over.

Wow I'm surprised. I didn't expect the toys to be so low priced. But hey that's a good thing for all those lucky people who are going to SDCC. And bad for all the collectors who have no choice but to pay an insanely high extra cost for them in the after market.

We can only hope that Bandai America will re release that gold legacy power morpher sometime in the future. I'm very confident people will still buy it for $100 at retail stores.

If they sell it at retail, it won't be a $100, due to the lack of 24k gold plating. Instead, it'll probably be in the range of 60-80 usd, which I think is fair. If the price stays at 100, TRU will just be gouging at that point.
