A clip from the upcoming Space Pirate Captain Harlock CG film's battle scene started streaming online. The clip features the titular character fighting some soldiers who wanted to invade Aracadia.
The movie features the voices of Shun Oguri and Haruma Miura, as Captain Harlock and the assassin Yama, respectively.
Directed by Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed) with scripts from Harutoshi Fukui (Mobile Suit Gundam UC), Space Pirate Captain Harlock premieres September 7th. Reported to cost an equivalent of 30 million U.S. dollars, this is the highest production budget ever released by Toei Animation!
