During AKB48's 4th Janken Tournament last September 18th, the idol group's 33rd single, slated for October, had been announced. To be entitled “Heart Ereki”, member Haruna Kojima takes on the center spot!

Great shout of joy arose from the 12,000 audience at Nippon Budokan when Kojima's name was announced as the center, whom will be her first time taking the spot. “I don't even know how this happened...but I will do my best!”, she told the audience.

The concept of the upcoming single is a band, and each of 16 Senbatsu members have a nickname. The senbatsu members are Haruna Kojima (Michelle), Anna Iriyama (Veronica), Rina Kawaei (Kawae-), Minami Takahashi (Linda), Yui Yokoyama (Mary), Mayu Watanabe (Elizabeth), Yuko Oshima (Lucy), Yuki Kashiwagi (Catherine), Haruka Shimazaki (Angelina), Minami Minegishi (Barbara), Jurina Matsui (Caroline), Rena Matsui (Sandy), Sayaka Yamamoto (Rosanna), Miyuki Watanabe (Josephine), Aika Ota (Margaret), and Rino Sashihara (Rola).

AKB48's “Heart Ereki” will be released on October 30th and available in eight types — TYPE A, K, B, and 4, in both Regular and Limited Editions, for 1600 yen each. A theater version will also be available. Pre-order now at CDJapan and get an exclusive photo as a bonus!
