With the release of the new screenshots for the new Dragon Ball Z fighting game, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z gets released, it has been announced that the game will be available in the North American territories on January 28th, five days after its Japan release.
Form the strongest team using various forms of a single character, or battle out gigantic enemies, the game features over 60 missions, and at least 70 playable characters spanning all over the Dragon Ball Z saga! You can have up to four players that can play cooperatively, or eight players who can engage in a massive battle royale online, and will also feature attacks such as "Meteor Chain" (successive attacks), "Synchro Rush" (simultaneous attack), and "Revive Soul" (reviving a fallen teammate).
Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z will be available in three platforms: PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PSVita starting January 23rd in Japan. First press release comes with a download code for Goku's "Naruto Sage Mode" Costume.
