Kamen Rider Gaim vs Warrior God Gaim in "Sengoku Movie Battle"

Initial synopsis for this year's crossover film, Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Gaim & Wizard: Decisive! Sengoku MOVIE Battle has been released. Similar to its predecessors, the film will be divided into parts and will premiere this December.

To wrap up the story of the Kamen Rider Wizard TV series, the first part will feature the mysterious Orga Phantom, who eats fellow Phantoms and acquires its powers. Aiming to be the most powerful Phantom, he targets the dragon inside Haruto. To bring him to despair, Orga steals the Hope Wizard Ring. As he tries to take it back, Koyomi appears before him.

In Kamen Rider Gaim's part, Zawame City is conducting a battle royale game for the riders. Joining the fray are Kamen Riders Gaim, Baron, Ryugen, Kurokage and Gridon. During one of the fights, the sky cracks open with monsters coming out, and one of them kidnaps Mai. They chased the monsters and ended up in the alternate Warring States Period. Here they met other Kamen Riders, known in this era as the "Warrior Gods", which includes Gaim's counterpart, the "Warrior God Gaim."

The Decisive! Sengoku MOVIE Battle chapter then features a crossover between the two series. Kamen Rider Wizard joins Gaim in the alternate Warring States Period. But what exactly is happening? Who is this Warrior God Gaim and what is the Ultimate Power he’s seeking? Who will win this war?

Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Gaim & Wizard: Decisive! Sengoku MOVIE Battle is a celebration for the 15th Heisei Kamen Rider series and the fifth Movie Wars film. Directed by Ryuta Tasaki with scripts by Junko Komura (Wizard's part) and Nobuhiro Mouri (Gaim and crossover part), the film premieres December 14th.

Who is this "Kurokage" supposed to be?

    Kurokage? Isn't it Zangetsu?

Also, considering the Movie Riders that the main Riders are fighting, I'm guessing that the other Riders, such Cherry, Peach, etc., are in the main series.

Looking at that thumbnail for the video, I just finally realized Gaim's crest is actually a sword! And just like that it doesn't bother me as much any more. It was freakin' killing me seeing that thing and thinking it was sideways or broken.

I always knew the fruit motif would be related to a fruit of the gods saying.

  8. Kurokage is the 6th Rider of Kamen Rider Gaim. He uses the Pinecone Arms.

Zangetsu is likely there, but maybe he's not participating in the war. Out of the main riders, he's most removed from the others, being a Yggdrasil member.

That's how some samurai crests looked. It isn't a stylized choice on the designers' part, it's based in reality.

Where did you even get info like this? Previous posts of Matsubokkuri Arms suggested it was a Griton form change. It even shares the same theming as Griton, which each Rider has with their form changes.
