Amazume Ryuta's manga Happy Negative Marriage will be having a direct-to-DVD live-action film starring Musical The Prince of Tennis first cast Nagayama Takashi and former gravure idol Seto Saki.
Nagayama will play the role of a 30-year old virgin, Sato Keitaro as he works hard and lives his bachelor life while his boss set him up to a "miai" or the so-called marriage interview. He then met Akio Shimako (Seto) whom he fell in love with.
Happy Negative Marriage DVD will be released on April 2nd. Amazume has serialized the original manga in Young Comic Magazine of Shonengahosha as the fourth compiled was released in Japan last July.
Two of Amazume's manga has also made into live-action drama, Toshiue no Hito which received a direct-to-DVD series last year, and his Nana to Kaoru got two film adaptations. Seto previously starred in the second Nana to Kaoru film.
