Kamen Rider Den-O's Sato Takeru is announced to be starring as a detective in the upcoming Fuji TV drama "Bitter Blood". This also considers as his first detective role as well as to star in a drama under Fuji TV.

The story revolves around a rookie detective by the name of Sahara Natsuki (Sato) being assigned to the Investigation division of Ginza police station. In that station, there is Shimao Akimura (played by Watabe Atsuro), who happened to be his father and a veteran detective. Though they were reunited with this consequence, they were like strangers through his parents' divorce. Upon becoming his father's partner, although Natsuki opposes his father, he learns a lot about being a detective from him.



Originally written by Shizukui Shusuke as a novel under the same name, Bitter Blood will air in April on Fuji TV on Tuesdays at 9:00 pm.
