Final Fantasy VII Concert In Japan This June

The Game Symphony Japan series of concerts will begin on June 21 with a one night event at the SUNTORY Hall in Akasaka district. Orchestral versions of some of the greatest hits from Square Enix's Final Fantasy VII will be reproduced for the concert.

Famous Final Fantasy series composer Uematsu Nobuo is said to be attending the concert as he serves as the concert tour's executive music director. The conductor for the orchestra would be Shimura Kenichi as he was credited as the conductor during the Puella Magi Madoka Magica concert last April.

Recreating the game's story entirely is the aim of the concert producers in front of its audience. In fact, the tickets were already sold out even though the prices ranged from 6,500 to 10,000 yen depending on seat locations and some of it were sold online through via Ticket Pia and Lawson Tickets.
