Just like the Grongi language in Kamen Rider Kuuga, the language used by the Kamen Rider Gaim's Overlords spoils the events in the series, in fact, some people had managed to decipher it.
In a scene from episode 24, the show had featured DJ Sagara, Demuchu (red) and Redue (green) revealing something about DJ Sagara's past. Take note, the text in the bracket are in Overlord language.
Demushu: {Are you really interested in that thing?}
Redue: {It tides over my boredom.} Their language is interesting.
Demushu: {Tch. Pointless.}
Sagara: {Still have too much free time?} You never change, do you?
Demushu: {You? Damn snake.}
Redue: {You're assuming their form now?}
Sagara: {I'll teach you one of their sayings:} I believe it goes "Unpreparedness is one's greatest enemy."

Is "Sagara" itself a cipher our is that a common name?
i wouldnt believe most of the people on rangerboards.most have no idea what theyre talking about.
My guess is Sagara actually wants humanity to survive and defeat Helheim and that his assuming human form is so that he can blend into and live amonst humanity after the final battle.

I would like to know how that guy deciphered the overlord language. It's like german in reverse or something. How the hell could he do it??? Probably just some guy making stuff up over the net again.
Sagara, snake? Now this is getting interesting... Given that he told Ryouma that an Overlord has *the* fruit, would this mean that Eve is an Overlord?
So Sagara is like Torin, an Overlord providing the heroes with the tools they need to defeat all the evil forces and save the world.
I like it.
I think Helheim might actually be a possible future Earth, and the Overlords could be future versions of Gaim, Baron, and Ryugen who have forgotten their past. (DJ of course being future Gaim, still wanting to help humanity)
This and last episodes proven that Helheim and Sagara's influence traces as far back as the bible and DJ Sagara himself is in fact the Serpent in that fruit. Like Ryomma Sengoku stated that this would probably would not be the first time that legends of the so called fruit occurred and fact it was referenced as many different things in many different cultures ie; The Golden Apple; The Fruit of Knowledge and so-on. Then this alternate Mai character somewhat fits to be the Eve in this scenario and Sagara is the Snake who encourages to take the forbidden fruit.

If you actually read the post, you'd see the original cipher comes from a Japanese source. Having some idea of what it actually says, I can confirm that it seems accurate.
The Overlord language is just the Japanese syllables in reverse. Such as the vowels:
A I U E O
O E U I A
Things given in the Rangerboard post, like Demashu and Redue meaning Crimson and Jade, are actually spot-on.
So yes, it's legit.
By the way, it seems that on the site in the 3rd link ('it'), there's already a post of a magazine scan on Kiwami Arms (is that what it's called? Basically, Gaim's ultimate lock seed).

I think that sagara wants to help humanity so the same fate does not fall on our planet and theoverlords could be that worlds version of Gaim Ryugen Baron and Zangetsu who tried to fight but were turned into the overlords.
