Official release date for the DX Kiwami Lock Seed will be this June 6, 2014 and will cost 2,500 yen. A two-pack set which contains the Kachidoki Lock Seed (for those who didn't have the chance to grab it) and Kiwami Lock Seed will also be available for 3,500 yen.

Nope, He cannot use the suika weapon as its quite too big for him :D
It seems he can use the Suika weapon, at least, based on this demo. Number 7 (at around 2:52) is the one, Suika Soujintou.
