This new figure comes complete with a Type Speed Flare wheel armor upgrade. Release date for TK01 Kamen Rider Drive Type Speed is this October 2 and will cost 3.200 yen.

how does the speed wheel attach to the figure? And how does the normal wheel come off the figure?
From the black tire photo, looks like it will split in half, failing that drive itself may split to hold them

I think you have to pull the right arm and head off,then slip off the tire.But that sounds barbaric.So maybe the tire splits in half,and each half attaches to each other with a peg
I think that there's a button or a switch to separate the upper half above the tire and the lower half of drive's body, so that way the tires can be interchangeable
or maybe the kamen rider body will split and attach to the tyre haha
