Follow-up post on the recent one earlier! The official Power Rangers facebook page has finally given us our first look on the all-new movie versions of the Dino Zords from the upcoming reboot movie!

Seen the first image is Jason relaxing on the Tyrannosaurus Zord, then followed by Zack standing tall on his Mastodon Zord, Billy chillin; with the Triceratops Zord, Trini looking afar on the Saber Tooth Tiger Zord and finally Kimberly on the Pterodactyl Zord.

Power Rangers the movie will premiere next year, March 24, 2017 from Saban and Lionsgate. Are you ready to go morphinomenal once more!

I've looked at these things for at least 5 min and I still haven't figured out what parts red and pink are sitting on. And honestly just looking at these. the dinobots just look really ugly

My interest has increased even more. Really want to see them and the fully combined Megazord

  3. Yellow has the worst pic, it took me forever to figure out what that WAS.

    Otherwise, pretty nice.

Also to note: this is the first time Kimberly has actually had a genuinely pink Zord despite being the Pink Ranger for most of Mighty Morphin. The Pterodactyl was primarily red, the Fire Bird was red, the Crane and her Shogun Zord were both white (because they were taken from a White Sentai rather than a pink one). It wasn't until Zeo that the Pink Ranger actually got a primarily pink Zord, and even then it wasn't until the Pink Super Zeo Zord, and by that point Kimberly had passed the Pink Ranger power over to Kat.

Liking the cast, the costume designs and the Zord designs, so still cautiously optimistic. Would have liked full pictures of the Zords, but waiting until the first full trailer drops.

Hmmm, interesting. They have a bit of a Bayformer feel to them. Looking forward to seeing what the Megazord looks like.

What the hell am I looking at here? lol

  8. Daggy Says:

    The CGI looks kinda cheap.

Honestly this movie so far feel very mixed on me.

Red is sitting on the tail of his Rex and Pink is sitting on the back of hers while its head is looking down. The wings are in a position like it's in the middle of flying.

    Yellow's "zord" screams "Beast Wars",
Whilst Blue and Black seem like dinobot knockoffs.

Didn't love the mono-color suits, really not loving these poorly rendered/unidentifiable things the "rangers" are on.

Seriously, what are those things? Pink's... ? Yellow's foot? Claw? ???

I thought I'd be the only one to think that. I guess not.

If you haven't figured out their zords by now then you obviously don't know the mmpr rangers as well as you claim. Also do not compare them to Dino bots. They are from the Jurassic and Triassic era. The zords go as followed: Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Mastodon, Saber-Toothed Tiger and Pterodactyl. As far as the green ranger goes. He may or may not be in this movie but I have a feeling he will make an appearance. Look at Rita repulsa's outfit. Its colors are based after the green ranger. Don't hate something you don't know about and as far as the tyrannosaurus zord goes, I think it looks bad ass!
