And here are the leaked 1st quarter toy catalog for 2017's upcoming Super Sentai series, Uchuu Sentai Kyuuranger!
Here we have the DX Seiza Blaster which will function as the main transformation device for the 9 members of Kyuuranger.
The Kyuza Weapons (weapons of the 9 constellations) can transform into 9 different weapons that are ranger specific: sword for red, axe for black, slasher for yellow, sickle for silver, spear for orange, crossbow for gold, rapier for green, claw for blue and shot for pink.
This globe like jewels are called the Kyudama which are empowered by the constellation that is linked in each ranger. This will be next year's collectible gimmick and 42 Kyudamas are already planned.
Here we have the Super Sentai Sofubi figures: ShishiRed, SasoriOrange, OokamiBlue, TenbinGold, OushiBlack, HebitsukaiSilver, ChameleonGreen, WashiPink and KajikiYellow.
The rangers will pilot vehicles called Voyagers. The voyagers will combine to form their primary mecha called Kyurenoh and will have 2 modes (think Timerobo from Timeranger).
A Kyudama special set will be sold with mini figures which will also serve as the cockpit for Kyurenoh.

So, it looks like ShishiRed, OokamiBlue, KajikiYellow, ChameleonGreen, and OushiBlack are the primary five. Interesting. It's the first all-male set since Sun Vulcan. Granted, there are four other rangers who just aren't a part of Kyurenoh
Im so excited that theres finally a girl green ranger but im kinda pissed that out of 9 rangers, theres still only 2 girls. Like wtf is that about?

Ok......ill be honest ....the morpher and the weapon looks good .....the mecha looks very good....the items looks good (but maybe they have exceed with the number of items ) . The suits are ok , except the black one , it looks ugly . But .....why they have to show us already 9 rangers?? They already ruined all the surprises that whe could wait . I think it was a vey bad choice and i dont like that . They must only show us 5 or 6 rangers for now......And silver and gold rangers looks unnecesary . (perdon por mis faltas ortograficas es que hablo español y se que la mayoria de ustedes son de habla inglesa pero aun asi queria dar mi opinion como fan del tokusatsu y super sentai ) .

I REALLY hope some of these are like Mighty Brothers XX (in that one person becomes 2 rangers...or we have a really good writer. Because being able to develop 9 different main characters well... that will NOT be easy.
Unless they somehow skimp on side characters...which I think will also be bad.

I like the suit designs, refreshing to see at least one female not in yellow, blue or white this time around. The mecha designs might take some getting used to however. Reserving final judgment as always.
Oh great we got not only 5 but now 8 or 9 sentai members it's like for the first time we got a new sentai series with huge number of members and it's similar to the secondary riders when they appear at the start of the series at least this mecha isn't like the rest except it feels colossus and huge.
9 is too many!

I'm liking this mecha concept! I thought the use of balls/orbs will look ridiculous, but I guess the staff learns a thing or two from Zyuohger to not rely on the shape extensively.

The bulkiest spacesuit should have a girl inside. It would be hella LAME if it's some rough guy, or some clumsy big dude. It's too overdone.
Besides, an all male cast? Is sentai losing it's audience? Why would they remove girls from the core team? LAME.
The mecha's not bad - the silver makes it look a little cheap though.

That's completely subjective. The suits are awesome to me, especially considering the lack of design in past sentai. I'm not mad about the being 9 off the bat because I'm willing to give it a chance and they probably won't release all the Rangers at the same time

Pretty Cure the little sister frnachise of Kamen rider and Sentai is aimed ofr girl but have a large male audience, thank to ther epic fight.
What I like about this concept is it tears apart our expectations for a typical sentai series. Starting with 9, even if it turns into 5 plus 4 extras, is a complete departure from status quo.
I can't wait to see the actors for this series! the suit all have something a little unique to them, look at the size of BlackTaurs. The Voyagers look great, and the it's awesome to have a gauntlent for the henshin device.
Looks good. I need to see the production list though. If I see Gosieger, Toqger or Nincrapture anywhere near it then you already know that it's going to be shit.
