Uh, correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Parad look like the kind of "We Have Reserves" type guy back in previous episodes?
The episode back when Graphite was still alive, and he questioned Kuroto's way of eliminating his brethren, only to be calmed by Parad.
Now, why would he (Parad) kinda vexed on Kuroto eliminating the Bugster in this episode?
@above Because Emu was protecting it and for what ever reason Parad is very invested in M and what he's doing.
Also I think this is the first time Genm has actually personally harmed a Bugster so maybe there was some as yet unrevealed agreement between Genm Parad and Graphite hat none of them would hurt Bugsters. A kind of I can hurt my friends but god forbid somebody else hurt my friends sort thing, maybe.
