"Poppy appears before Emu as the navigator for the Kamen Rider Chronicle game who decides to punish the one who violated the rules of the game. Emu, in his Level 99 form, uses his reprogramming ability to restore Poppy in her original state and he is successful in bringing back his friend.
After seeing that Poppy has been restored, Pallad, who is not happy of the situation, tries to get her back to their side."
