With the identity of this newcomer still a mystery, the new wielder of the Bugle Driver II will use it along with the Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Chronos! Is he on the side of the doctors? The bugsters? Or does he have his own agenda?
Just like Kamen Rider Poppy, Chronos can use the Bugle driver II as a range (Beam Gun Mode) and Melee (Chainsword Mode) weapon with deadly precision.
And to top Kamen Rider Chronos's deadly set of attacks, his ultimate finisher is called the Critical Crusade! By concentrating all of his powers on his foot, he can unleash a deadly Rider Kick that can destroy the enemy in an instant!
And this month also, Dan Kuroto, the former chairman of GENM corporation and Kamen Rider Genm's user who was eliminated by Pallad will be revived! This time, he will use the Proto Mighty Action X Origin Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Genm Action Gamer Level 0 and go head to head with Pallad in his new super Form!

Huh...didn't expect Chronos to be a HEROIC rider. But when you think about it, it kind of makes sense if he(she?)'s supposed to be the "hero" of Kamen Rider Chronicle.
Fromt the last episode poppy throw away the bugle driver..maybe someone completely new to the series took the driver and use it with the kamen rider chronicle gashat...
yea i dont think hes a good guy in the first picture it shows him punching level 99 ex-aid so most likely dan being revived and all will yous the doctors to resume his original plans or maybe there was something more to the kamen rider chronicle plan that we are yet unaware of.
either he is the hero, OR the final boss of Kamen Rider Chronicle
One of the scans literally says in translation that Chronos is out to wipe out all riders and bugsters.
Junichi Suwabe is the voice for the Chronos gashat transformation. The henshin chant is also mentioned in the scans as:
"Seize the rider's heaven. Engrave your chronicles."
The motif of Chronos is a direct tribute to the 10th anniversary of Kamen Rider Kabuto.
The ganbarize preview labels Chronos the ultimate antagonist of the series.
I can easily see it being Dan, who's come back to finish what he started. Going after Pallad for previously killing him (which would explain the alliance with Emu), and when that's "settled" he resumes his grudge (jealousy, really) with Emu.
But then that's the thing; It's way too easy to assume it's Dan! And with the way this series is written, I want to believe they wouldn't just go down that easy road, regardless of how much I might want it. In the same way they introduced Lovelica (is that his name? I forget.), which was randomly, they can also just up and introduce someone else...
Holy shit! Bit of a stretch, but, I was just thinking, seeing as no one else seems to have brought it up. What about Dan's father? I know he's in jail, and everything, but villains don't abide by things like laws, or rules. 99.8% unlikely, and I just thought of it for fun, but who really knows until we get those reveals.
In addition, one of the scans show that Genmu level 0 holding the Buggle Driver II does not draw out immediate conclusion that he is Chronos.
If he was Chronos, then honestly that would bore the story a bit.
Someone like Kiriya or even Dans father would definitely confuse the story. We need that right now.
Or maybe Chronos is.. Emu himself. Remember when Pallad stealing his Gamer Driver and using it to henshin to lvl 99 Perfect Knockout? Yeah, Emu is using Poppy's Buggle Driver ll and bam.. Chronos!
Given that KRC is meant to be a game where Bugsters eliminate humans...
If you're right about him being KRC's "hero", then he's not a good guy, that's for sure.
...that WOULD be a nice touch...
Kuroto Dan is the perfect villain and he's responsible for everything that has happened. I feel like he should be Chronos because he's basically the main antagonist.
