Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite's Story Trailer

Here is the latest Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite trailer which features a new character known as Ultron Sigma. Having Sigma involved in the crossover plot is not surprising since Megaman X is a playable character. This new entity called "Ultron Sigma" is a combination between Sigma and Ultron who are two villains who want to make robots replace humans. Now heroes from both universes must team up to stop Ultron Sigma's diabolical plot.

Here's what The Megaman Network reveals about the "nitty gritty":

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite arrives on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC in North America on September 19th, 2017. Pre-orders are now available, and there are three different versions of the game to look for, starting with the Standard Edition edition at a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of $59.99 USD.

Next up is the Deluxe Edition, which features the main game on either PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, as well as a 2017 Character Pass. While Ultron Sigma appears to be the big bad, people were hoping that their individual components would be playable as well, and that's indeed the case. But while Ultron seems to be a part of the regular roster (per the above list), Mega Man X baddie Sigma will be coming as one of six post-launch characters (read: downloadable content) included in this pass. Other characters included in this pass remain to be seen.

Pre-order bonuses will be available for both editions. Those who opt into the Standard Edition will receive the Warrior Thor and Evil Ryu costumes. Deluxe Edition pre-orders will receive not only those characters, but also Gladiator Hulk and Command Mission X.

Incidentally, while Capcom's press release doesn't mention it, Steam has a page for the Deluxe Edition up as well, complete with the costumes above (which is where I got the images).

Those in Europe and Australia are encouraged to check with their local retailers, as "some offers may vary."

Finally, for those who like to go big or go home, there is another option.

TriForce is bringing to you the Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite Collector's Edition, which is also available to pre-order now on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Included within are four character dioramas of Mega Man X, Iron Man, Captain Marvel, and Chun Li, as well as a case with replicas of the six Infinity Stones, and a SteelBook-packaged Deluxe Version of the game. The MSRP for this one is $199.99 USD.

That said, "contents may vary depending on region," and those in Europe should check with their retailers for pricing, according to Capcom.
