    Nope you are half wrong there.

    It most probably wont come out in the west but Playstation is Region free Since the PS3.
    Sooo you can import safely.

    Yep, PS4 are region free, but I don't think you'll have a chance to see this game being released somewhere else than in Asia. Better import it.

    PS4s are region free. You can get it from Asia and it will be fine.

    The UK won't get it anyway

    Play Asia has a separate Premium Sound version - which is the version with the tv show songs. Sadly, I don't see an English Sub version of that. It looks like we'll have to choose between subs or music.
