Possibly destroyed a different medal to fix ankhs? Unless they just randomly stumbled onto something that would fix it, I don't expect a brilliant story for how ankh is back.
TaJaDor's basically OOO's strongest form that he still has (aside from Neon Gremlin mode). He didn't get PuToTyra back in Mega Max.

Putotyra is bad its also i would wager not as strong as tajador is now =originally it was a super power combo but its a berserker its out of control. Plus i suspect that Anhk having grown as a person had gotten more powerful as such its why Putotyra couldn't beat maki even with tons of cell medals fulling him instead Tajador was able to beat him plus it looks like its a slightly newer version of tajador with small wings on its back
