Voice Actress Hiromi Tsuru Passes Away At Age Of 57


A very sad day to all Dragon Ball fans has come as the voice actress for Bulma, Hiromi Tsuru passed away yesterday, November 16, at the age of 57 due to unknown cause.


According to police reports, Hiromi was found in her car unconscious with the seat belts still strapped on her and the car's hazard lights still on which was stopped at the Shuto Expressway's Inner Circular Route in Tokyo's Chūō ward, at around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday and she was rushed to the hospital but was announced dead on arrival. No signs of accident were found and the authorities suspected that she died due to illness.

Hiromi Tsuru was well known for her voice acting talents as Bulma from Dragon Ball, Tekken's Julia Chang, Ranma 1/2's Ukyo and as Major Mutoko Kusanagi in the 1997 Ghost in the shell game and has also participated in many tokusatsu series.
